My stay at the Sun Palace was wonderful. The hotel offers a beautiful ocean view with a balcony, though the room was just a basic suite. The service by the staff, especially Maria, Pedro, and Augustin, was exceptional. The location is lovely, though there was some construction noise. The dining experience at Aurora was delightful, with a variety of options. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.

Staying at this hotel was a delight! The rooms are incredibly comfortable with amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, complete with a relaxing ocean view balcony. The service was top-notch, with Diamond Concierge Claudia and Nathaly ensuring our every need was met. The location is perfect, with a wide beach area and lively entertainment options nearby. The dining experience was superb, offering a variety of delicious options. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but there were a few minor issues that affected the overall experience.
